The general conditions of sale are presented in the text below (hereinafter, the "General Conditions").They govern the online sales process, in which the manager of the contractual offer is the Grand Roissy Tourist Office, whose identification data is presented below in the section "Identification of the parties". The provision of the services covered by the contract under these General Conditions is carried out via one or more local operators, who are required to fulfill their contractual obligations (hereinafter, the "Operators").

The user or customer (hereinafter "the User" or "the Customer") is informed of these General Conditions, which the User must be aware of before the start of the sales process.

In accordance with the provisions of these General Conditions, the User is informed that the Grand Roissy Tourist Office may, at any time and without notice, modify the content of these General Conditions and any special conditions.

The reservation of one of the tourist services offered by the Grand Roissy Tourist Office implies the unreserved acceptance of the provisions of our General Conditions.

Article 1: Identification of the parties

The sole responsible and holder of the ""City Tour Grand Roissy Escales"" contractual offer is the Grand Roissy Tourist Office. The User is the purchaser of the tourist products offered on the Website (hereinafter: the ""City Tour Grand Roissy Escales""). The User must be over the age of 18 and have full capacity to enter into legally binding contracts. Failing this, he must be accompanied by at least one adult.

Article 2: Purpose

The purpose of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to determine the legal conditions applicable to the process of selling the City Tour Grand Roissy Escales on the Internet, between the Grand Roissy Tourist Office and the User (hereinafter: ""the Services"").

Each passenger will be required to present their e-ticket on board the ""City Tour Grand Roissy Escales"" for which they have booked in order to benefit from the services purchased. No other proof will be accepted as proof of purchase (bank receipt, email, etc.). Each e-ticket recalls the essential elements of the order: customer's first and last name, date and time of the circuit, type of passenger, ticket price.

With regard to transport services and tourist surcharges and in accordance with article L221-28, 12° of the Consumer Code, no withdrawal period is granted to the customer. Except in cases of fraud for which it is up to him to provide proof, the user is financially responsible for his actions on the site. He also guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the information concerning him provided on the website when booking.

Article 5: Price and availability.

The prices appearing on the site are expressed in euros and are inclusive of tax (all taxes included). The displayed price of the various City Tour Grand Roissy Stopovers is the full final price, which includes taxes and any other additional costs, as well as, where applicable, applicable discounts and any supplements or increases corresponding to additional or special operations. Article 6: Method of payment

Article 7: Performance of the contract and duration.

The latter is active as long as the two parties must respect the obligations to which it commits them. This contract relates to services related to leisure activities, the period of execution of which is specified in the email confirming the request. Each participant must, if necessary, present himself several minutes before the start of the service at the meeting place as indicated in the contract. If a participant is late, the service provider will still start the service at the scheduled time and it will remain due and cannot give rise to any refund.

Article 8: Use

Tickets issued for the purchase of a City Tour Grand Roissy Escales must be kept.The user must keep the tickets mentioned and present them to the employees of the various places of visit in order to be able to benefit from free admission or reductions obtained by the Grand Roissy Tourist Office. Once tickets have been issued, they will not be refunded; their loss or theft will not give the holder the right to any exchange or refund. Article 9: Cancellation and refund policy

E-tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable. The Grand Roissy Tourist Office declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft. E-tickets cannot be transferred or resold. Any fraudulent use, noted by an agent of the Grand Roissy Tourist Office, will result in immediate and definitive exclusion from the service, without prejudice to any legal proceedings. In the event of cancellation of the service by the customer himself, or interruption during the circuit at the initiative of the customer, no refund will be made.

The Grand Roissy Tourist Office draws the attention of its customers to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in the prices offered (cf: article 18).If for reasons beyond its control, and in particular for security reasons, the Grand Roissy Tourist Office were to modify or cancel one or more circuits, it undertakes to transfer the initial reservation to another circuit, agreement with the customer, or if it is impossible to reimburse him for the entire service.

Article 10: Force majeure

The customer and the Grand Roissy Tourist Office have the right to terminate the contract before the start of the service without paying termination costs when a cancellation or modification is imposed by a case of force majeure, such as - at indicative but not limited to the occurrence of a natural disaster, an armed conflict, a labor dispute, an imperative injunction from the public authorities, a transport disruption, an operating accident – that is to say the occurrence of an unforeseeable event, independent of the will and which it is impossible to overcome despite the efforts to resist it.The party invoking force majeure related to a aforementioned event must notify the other party by all means in a clear, understandable and apparent manner on a durable medium as soon as possible. The parties may consult each other, as far as possible before the performance, to examine in good faith whether the contract should continue or end. The party injured by the non-performance of the obligation prevented by the event in question will have the right to cancel the service without notice. Pursuant to Article 1218 of the Civil Code, there will be no damages.

Article 11: Protection of personal data and security of payments

In accordance with the provisions of current legislation on data protection, all personal data provided during the use of the website will be treated in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy, which all Users read and accept. by visiting our website.The Grand Roissy Tourist Office has entrusted the management of its payment system to the "Stripe" platform. Article 12: Intellectual and industrial property rights

The Grand Roissy Tourist Office cannot be held liable for booking errors which are attributable to the customer or which are caused by exceptional and unavoidable circumstances, the total or partial non-performance of the services ordered in a case of force majeure such as defined in Article 11 of these General Conditions, due to a third party, poor performance of its obligations by the customer, or in the event of fault on the part of the latter.The customer informs the Tourist Office, as soon as possible having regard to the circumstances of the case, of any non-conformity noted during the execution of a travel service included in the contract.

The Grand Roissy Tourist Office declines any responsibility that may result from incorrect use of its website and the online purchase procedure by Users. The Grand Roissy Tourist Office also declines all responsibility for any damage caused by third parties and not attributable to the Grand Roissy Tourist Office. The Grand Roissy Tourist Office cannot be held responsible in the event of interruption of the Services, delays, errors, malfunction of the Services and, in general, other inconveniences arising from causes beyond the control of the Grand Roissy Tourist Office and/or due to faulty action by the User, and/or caused by a force majeure or fortuitous event.

In fact, it is recommended to make a stopover of at least 8 hours on the territory to be able to take advantage of the services of the City Tour Grand Roissy Escales. The Grand Roissy Tourist Office cannot under any circumstances be held responsible if the Customer misses a flight. Regarding links or hyperlinks external to the Grand Roissy Tourist Office, those whose connection appears only display this data for information purposes only. The passengers transported are responsible for the damage caused by their actions to the vehicle. In this case the customer undertakes to reimburse the costs of repairs on presentation of invoices.

Article 14: Security measures

Wearing a seat belt in vehicles equipped with them is compulsory for all passengers. It is strictly forbidden: to move around, to speak to the driver while the bus is moving, to smoke, to eat and to consume alcohol on board.Parents, for the safety of your children, please ensure compliance with the above instructions.

Article 15: Access on board

Access on board the City Tour Grand Roissy Escales will be exclusively on presentation of the e-ticket sent via this site and printed on an A4 sheet or readable in PDF format on a smartphone or tablet. An identity document or any other proof may be requested to verify the granting of a reduction. No child under the age of 18 can be accepted on board without being accompanied by an adult, even if they are in possession of a paying ticket. The e-tickets must be kept for the duration of the visit and presented to agents of the Grand Roissy Tourist Office when boarding the bus or at their request.

Article 16: Validity of the contract

If one of the clauses of these General Conditions is considered null or void, this does not affect the other clauses, which remain in force.

Section 17:Assurance

When making your reservation, the Grand Roissy Tourist Office does not suggest that you take out multi-risk or cancellation insurance and invite you to check that you also benefit from these guarantees with the insurer of your choice that it will be your responsibility to contact directly in the event of a claim, in order to initiate the appropriate procedure.

Article 18: Assignment of the contract

In accordance with Articles L211-11 and R211-7 of the Tourism Code, the customer may, as long as the contract has had no effect, no later than 7 days before the start of the service and by any means allowing an acknowledgment of receipt, inform the Greater Roissy Tourist Office of the transfer of the contract to another person who meets all the conditions applicable to this contract and who meets the same conditions as the initial customer to perform the service. In the event of assignment, the customer and the assignee will be jointly and severally liable for payment of the balance of the price as well as any costs, fees or other additional costs occasioned by this assignment.

The Grand Roissy Tourist Office will provide information on the actual costs of the assignment, which must not be unreasonable nor exceed the cost actually borne by the Grand Roissy Tourist Office as a result of the assignment of the contract.

Article 19: Applicable law and jurisdiction

The General Conditions are subject to French law. Both parties undertake to settle amicably any dispute that may arise from this agreement. In the absence of an amicable agreement, within 60 days or if the response received is not satisfactory, the client, natural person or non-professional individual may appeal to the Tourism and Travel Mediator (www.mtv.travel) .

The customer has the possibility of using the platform available on the site https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr to settle his dispute.Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be exclusively the responsibility of the Court of Justice of Pontoise for a legal person, and in the case of a natural person, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent court in accordance with article L141-5. of the Consumer Code.
